All I can say is MAKE THIS.  EAT THIS.  I stumbled on this recipe here.

I already hate a LOVE HATE relationship with Phyllo Pastry dough but this ended up being pretty easy.  It tasted incredible, especially the Balsamic reduction sauce which I'm going to need to repeat on other things.  I may even have some leftover sauce on some Vanilla Ice cream.

I will not repost the recipe because it was easy to follow and lengthy but this one is a keeper for sure!
